High potency CBD, with all its described benefits, is still the primary component of this oil, but it also contains a small amount of THC and several other minor cannabinoids to harness the benefits of each as well as improve the effectiveness of the formulation as a whole.

This medication contains THC at 2 mg/mL. THC is known for a range of benefits including pain reduction, sleep inducing, anxiety reduction, nausea reduction and appetite stimulation, just to name a few. At the low 2 mg/mL dose of THC these benefits can be found while minimising some of the recognised side effects of higher dose THC such as paranoia, dissociation, lack of focus, impaired memory, altered sensations and mood changes in the short term; and addiction concerns with long term use.

WholeLife by Humacology 2:225:25 oil contains 25 mg of CBN per mL. CBN, as with all cannabinoids, are still being studied. It is a breakdown product of THC and is often classed as psychoactive. It appears to be useful for relaxation and sleep, so is often used at night.

Although our 2:160:60 was created primarily for daytime use and our 2:225:25 for night time use, they can both be used across any indication and at any time of the day based on patient response and preference.
The balance of psychoactive compounds of THC and CBN with high levels of CBD provide a general sense of well-being that is noticeable but not overwhelming.

Both of our full spectrum oils also contain terpenes for the same benefits as described above. Given the low dose of THC, these oils have also been used in children, as well as for patients with psychosis / anxiety / epilepsy (all indications where higher doses of THC should be used with caution), with excellent success and with minimal concern for long term consequences.

Given the high potency, the presence of THC as well as the minor cannabinoids, it is particularly important for patients to follow a dose titration schedule to limit potential side effects. Any medication that has any level of THC can cause a positive test for THC on blood, urine or saliva. However, the low levels of THC can be much more quickly cleared by the body when considering testing circumstances. And patients will often use both the isolate and full spectrum oils interchangeably to satisfy drug testing requirements.
