High potency CBD, with all its described benefits, is still the primary component of this oil, but it also contains a small amount of THC and several other minor cannabinoids to harness the benefits of each as well as improve the effectiveness of the formulation as a whole.

This medication contains THC at 2 mg/mL. THC is known for a range of benefits including pain reduction, sleep inducing, anxiety reduction, nausea reduction and appetite stimulation, just to name a few. At the low 2 mg/mL dose of THC these benefits can be found while minimising some of the recognised side effects of higher dose THC such as paranoia, dissociation, lack of focus, impaired memory, altered sensations and mood changes in the short term; and addiction concerns with long term use.

The 2:160:60 oil contains 60 mg of CBG per ml. Pre-clinical findings show that CBG reduces intraocular pressure, possesses antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-tumoral activities, and has anti-anxiety, neuroprotective, dermatological, and appetite-stimulating effects.

The anti-tumor effect is to be evaluated further as the WholelLife by Humacology 2:160:60 oil has been chosen as a medication to be studied for treatment of GBM (Glioblastoma Multiforme, an aggressive brain tumor). Pre-clinical data has also shown CBG to improve energy and focus, which makes it a good medication for daytime use.

Although our 2:160:60 was created primarily for daytime use and our 2:225:25 for night time use, they can both be used across any indication and at any time of the day based on patient response and preference.
The balance of psychoactive compounds of THC and CBN with high levels of CBD provide a general sense of well-being that is noticeable but not overwhelming.

Both of our full spectrum oils also contain terpenes for the same benefits as described above.
