As with our CBD 200 Oils, the Broad Spectrum CBD 50 Capsules contain a suite of minor cannabinoids and terpenes, but with no detectable THC. This can be seen as a strong alternative to the various CBD isolates on the market. The high levels of CBG could indicate its use strongly in pain for those that are concerned about daytime use of THC. We can also infer that the higher levels of CBN, may be useful in sleep and insomnia, however, this may be patient specific, as the terpene profile is quite activating so may counteract this sedation. However, the CBN may assist the CBD’s efforts is reducing anxiety for some patients. CBDV has been shown to reduce brain excitation and may have benefit in repetitive behaviours, irritability, and sociability for those suffering from ASD. A reduction in brain excitation could also see additional benefit in epilepsy.

The plants have been specifically cultivated to produce chemotypes, expressing their cannabinoid content as high cannabidiol (CBD) chemotypes as well as offering a rich terpene profile.
