Mango Lemonade is Alma's second exclusive and carefully bred phenotype introduced from the legacy market. It is a Meatbreath x Macmosa backcross, offering patients a a sativa leaning flower. While some indica-like relaxation may be experienced due to the Meatbreath lineage, the phenotype was specifically bred to emphasize the uplifting sativa characteristics of Macmosa including its high CBG content.

The strain's dominant terpenes—Terpinolene, Limonene, Beta-Myrcene, and Beta-Pinene—produce a sweet citrus aroma with subtle undertones of cherry and gasoline. Upon inhalation, patients can expect a clean lemon mango flavour. Known  for its high CBG content, the terpene profile typically providing uplifting and energizing effects, followed by a relaxing body high. Patient-reported outcomes suggest it may help with pain relief, anxiety, and inflammation.
